It was the whole experience of working with Sara and Makoto that made it so memorable for us. From learning about them through our chats and virtual calls, to experiencing their wedding day, and seeing their vision come to life.

We relate to them so much. Beyond our shared love for coffee, long walks, and conversations about anything under the sun, what connected us was how much they value intentionality.

Their main request was for us to capture people laughing and smiling. They want to remember how much everyone enjoyed the day. Looking back at these photos, we hope we were able to do just that.💖

Surrounded by family and friends in Tokyo, Japan, Sara and Makoto celebrated their wedding with a heartfelt gathering in the city where their story began.
