Inviting everyone to witness the kick off of the International Photography Awards at the School of Design and Arts 12th Floor amphitheater on June 10, WEDNESDAY 10:00AM-12:00NN. No other than Mr. Hossein Farmani, IPA President will invite the Benildean community to take part in the "Oscars of Photography".
Dubbed as the "Oscar Awards" in photography taking part in the International Photography Awards (IPA) is one of the most prestigious photography contest in the world. The IPA was established in 2003 and finalists around the world attend the gala ceremony where they compete to win cash prizes and the coveted Lucie Statue at the Lucie Awards in New York City, USA. This year's ceremony will take place on October 27 at the Carnegie Hall. In addition to the awards ceremony, an international curator selects images for the annual Best of Show exhibition, which debuts in New York preceding the ceremony and travels to other partners around the globe.
