Before judging a person, ask yourself:
Did I witness it? Do I know the full story? Or am I just listening to noise?

Destroying someone’s reputation is easy.

Sometimes when someone makes a decision we don’t understand, our first instinct is to blame someone else.

“We know that’s not really their choice.”
“They were influenced.”
“They changed because of someone.”

But growth often looks like change.
And change doesn’t always need a villain.
Not every decision is manipulation.
Not every shift is control.

Sometimes, it’s simply someone choosing what feels right for them even if it doesn’t feel right for us.
Respect means allowing people to decide for themselves, even when we disagree.
It means trusting that they are capable of thinking, learning, and choosing.

It’s easy to accept decisions that benefit us.
It’s harder to accept the ones that don’t.

But real respect says,
“I may not fully understand your choice, but I acknowledge it’s yours.”
And that kind of maturity protects both dignity and peace.
