ARRESTED PERSON FOR VIOLATION OF R.A. 9165
On February 27, 2024 at about 11:00AM at Barangay Lumbac Kialdan, Marantao, Lanao del Sur, this office led by PMAJ BOBBY MARIO E EGERA, OIC, conducted a BUY-BUST OPN with PDEA Pre-Ops & Coordination #: 30005-022024-00225 yielded to the arrest of suspect, ALYAS MELA, 33yo, female, married, jobless; and ALYAS BEBE (At Large), 40yo, male, married, jobless, all residents of Brgy. Lumbac Kialdan, Marantao, LDS. Confiscation of Five (5) transparent plastic sachets believed to be SHABU MOL 1.1grams with SDP of Php7,480.00, One (1) coin pouch and one (1) Pink wallet, One (1) empty unsealed Transparent plastic sachet, Three (3) ID cards. Arrested suspect was brought to Marantao MPS after inventory of confiscated items in the presence of DOJ representative in the person of AQUINO COMADUG and AIDA M KUDARAT, Brgy Kagawad of Brgy. Lumbac Kialdan, Marantao, LDS. During the buy-bust transaction, suspect ALYAS BEBE was alerted that he transacted to a police officer prompting him to run at the backyard to elude arrest. Thus, suspect Alyas Bebe was halted by the blocking forces who prepositioned at the back and he engage a firefight to the blocking forces before successfully vanished from the forest.
