Mt. Purgatory
First major hike! Dayhike took us almost 10 hours of intense hike lol.
don't get scammed na easy lang ito kasi hindi. Puro assault start palang may mga concrete road paakyat yun ang mahihirap na part sa Mt. Mangagew, pagnasa top kana patag na at may community,maganda din ang view at tahimik. Meron din mga water stations pero bukal ito ha hindi tap water. Bring 2.5L atleast and energy bars para may energy sa trail.
1st Mt. Mangagew (1,705 MASL): Typically the first peak reached.
2nd Mt. Pack (2,290–2,310 MASL): Known for its pine forests and steep ascent.
3rd Mt. Purgatory (2,080–2,310 MASL): The namesake peak, often a key checkpoint.
4th Mt. Bakian (2,100–2,109 MASL): Known for passing through traditional villages.
5th Mt. Tangbaw (2,200 MASL): Features a scenic viewing deck.
6th Mt. Kom-Kompol (2,325–2,329 MASL): The highest peak.
