The Association of Pangasinan II Private Schools (APPS) held its First Monthly Meeting and Oath-Taking Ceremony on July 22, 2026, at CB Mall Urdaneta.

The ceremony started with welcome remarks by former APPS President Mr. Harold D. Fernandez and featured the induction of APPS and SMDC officers led by Sir Erwin Dela Rosa, Education Program Specialist In-Charge for Private Schools.

APPS President Dr. Sandy R. Aquino led the meeting proper, which discussed amendments to the APPS Bylaws, the 2026 Calendar of Activities, annual and membership fees, and other organizational matters. Updates on the Sports Coaching Seminar were also presented by SMDC Chairperson Maโ€™am Marivic Gatchallian, followed by the financial report from APPS Treasurer Sir George P. Galapon, Jr.

The gathering reaffirmed the commitment of APPS and SMDC to strengthen collaboration and advance private education in Pangasinan II.

Archdiocesan School of San Fabian, Inc. (ASSF) formally sealed its commitment to promoting mental health and well-being through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) โ€“ Pangasinan Chapter on July 8, 2026.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Sandy R. Aquino, School Principal of ASSF, and Mr. Michael C. Romero, PMHA Pangasinan Chapter Executive Manager, signifying a shared commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and mentally healthy learning environment for the entire school community.

The Association of Pangasinan II Private Schools (APPS) successfully conducted its Officers' Meeting on July 9, 2026, at Archdiocesan School of San Fabian, Inc., under the leadership of the newly elected APPS President, Dr. Sandy R. Aquino.
