FILE RETENTION POLICY NOTICE
Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to kindly remind everyone to download your photo and video files as soon as you receive the Google Drive link. Please note that Google Drive is provided only as a temporary means of file delivery and should not be considered permanent storage.
Effective immediately, the following file retention policy will be included in our service contract:
• Enhanced Photos – Available for a maximum of 3 months from the date of delivery.
• Google Drive Links – Accessible for only 1 month from the date the link is sent.
• Raw Photos and Videos – Available for only 1 month after delivery. Due to their large file sizes and the volume of events we cover (approximately 20 events per month), we are unable to store these files indefinitely.
If you wish to keep copies of your raw photos and videos, you may provide your own external storage device. We highly recommend using an SSD (Solid-State Drive) for faster transfer speeds. Once the transfer has been completed, we can arrange a convenient schedule for pickup.
Important Reminder:
We strongly recommend downloading your files using a laptop or desktop computer, as mobile devices may encounter difficulties during the download process.
If you do not have access to a laptop or desktop computer, you may provide the following storage devices:
• A 32GB–64GB flash drive for enhanced photos; and
• An external hard drive or SSD for raw photos and videos, as these files require significantly larger storage capacity. SSDs are highly recommended due to their faster transfer rates and reliability.
