Do you ever feel like you're drowning in your own thoughts, but no one notices? It’s like being stuck in a storm inside your mind, and on the outside, everything seems fine. You go through your day, interact with people, maybe even laugh, but inside, it’s a different story. The worries, the doubts, they just keep piling up, and you can’t shake them off. You try to keep it together, to make it look like you’ve got it all figured out, but the truth is, you feel like you’re sinking.
And the hardest part? No one seems to notice. You start to wonder if anyone would even care if they knew how heavy all these thoughts are. But instead of opening up, you just keep it all in, hoping that somehow, eventually, it’ll quiet down. But deep down, you know it won’t, at least, not until you finally let someone see what’s really going on inside.
