Tarrying Nights | July 01, 2025

Faith is both a fact and an act. It’s not just believing in God. It’s moving because of Him.

On the first night of Tarrying, we looked at Moses in Hebrews 11:23–29. He didn’t just believe God could deliver—he acted like it. He chose purpose over comfort, calling over convenience, and walked forward even when the path wasn’t clear.

Bishop Vincent reminded us, “Doubt your doubts, but never doubt what Jesus did on the cross.” Faith doesn’t mean we never struggle but it means we know where to anchor when everything shakes. And our anchor is the finished work of Christ.

We began this 10-day journey with eyes fixed not on our fears but on the God who makes a way through them. This is the kind of faith that endures.

This is unshakable faith.

Charlie, in her quiet way, shared something powerful with Esnyr: the true meaning of grace. Not something we earn but something freely given.

The Greek word for grace is "charis," meaning favor or kindness. It's a beautiful coincidence that their duo name is Chares.

And just like that, Charlie was lowkey sharing the gospel — Grace is what we receive, even if we don't deserve it. It's Jesus giving His life on the cross so we could have ours.

Not by work. Not by merit.
Just grace.
Freely given. Only to be received.

"Yung gusto ko ba o yung gusto ni Lord para sa akin?"

Sometimes we choose what feels right in the moment, not realizing it may lead to pain or confusion later on.

But remember this: God isn’t trying to take away your joy—He’s protecting your heart.
His boundaries are not rejection, but His love in action.

Before you decide, pause and ask:
Is this truly from Him, or just my emotions?
Is it His timing, or am I rushing ahead on my own?

God’s will is always for your good.

His timing is never late.

And His plans always lead to real peace, deep joy, and lasting blessing.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Let Him lead. Let Him write your story.

Don’t rush. Rest in His will.

He knows what’s best for you 🥹🙌🏼
