‎MADALING MAGING TAO PERO MAHIRAP MAG PAKA TAO
‎
‎i wanna share this experience sa isang sikat na restaurant dito sa Zamboanga City. during that time nasa cashier amo at habang Pini pickup ko yung inorder ko na food for my nephew may isang babae ang umorder ng kanin worth 30 pesos actually base sa pag kakita ko nman sa kanya hindi sya pulube pero pansin mo sa suot nya na mahirap sya dahil may kaunting punit parang literal na kung paano manamit ang mga mahihirap naka chenelas at kitang kita mo kay ate na gutom at pagod sya.
‎

‎"THEY ARE THE HEART OF IT"
‎
‎Working in the corporate world for more than a year, especially in the field of Human Resources, has taught me so many lessons and realizations that I know I'll carry for the rest of my career.
‎
‎As part of my responsibilities, I've met and handled hundreds, even thousands of employees. I trained them, nalaman ko ang kanilang obligasyon, and reason kung bakit patuloy silang nag tratrabaho and helped them become better at what they do. But beyond seminars, reports, and paperwork, what I value the most is that I was given the chance to touch people's lives. by simply listening to them their concerns, dreams and even the silent battles they choose not to share with anyone else.
‎
‎I know na medyo "Baguhan" pa ako sa profession na meron ako ngayon, and marami pa akong kailangang matutunan when it comes to leading and handling people. Marami pa akong pagkukulang. But one thing I truly believe is that if my work can somehow make someone feel heard, understood, and valued, then I'm already fulfilling a purpose that's bigger than my job description. And for that, I'm truly blessed na makatulong sa ibang tao.
‎
‎But you know what? I also want to share something na na realized ko whether we admit it or not, hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon ay kasalanan ng isang empleyado kung bakit hindi nila nagagawa nang maayos ang kanilang trabaho. Minsan, they stay silent not because they don't have anything to say, but because they feel like they don't have a voice.
‎
‎There is no such thing as "EMPLEYADO LANG." Every employee is one of the biggest reasons why a business continues to operate. Behind every successful company are people who choose to show up every day, give their time, effort, skills, and sacrifices. At sa mga employers, business owners, managers, or leaders, na makakabasa neto never underestimate the power of appreciation. Hindi naman palaging kailangan ng malaking reward sometimes a simple "Thank you, Well done, or I'm proud of you" is enough to make someone feel that their hard work is seen and appreciated.
‎
‎
‎Because one of the fastest ways to destroy a healthy workplace is favoritism kasi kapag may paborito tayo, nagiging bulag tayo sa pagkakamali nila. Sometimes, the problem is the system, the culture, and the environment that people experience every single day.
‎
‎and to tell you honestly, if you ask me, a high SALARAY will NEVER be ENOUGH if I'm working in an environment where there's no respect, no fairness, and no peace of mind. kung baga MONEY can pay the bills, but a healthy work environment protects your mental health.
‎
Success is not about stepping on other people. Because at the end of the day, no matter how much you compete with your co workers, hindi naman ikaw ang magmamana ng kumpanya because real success is helping others grow while growing yourself.
‎
‎So to everyone who's reading this, especially sa mga taong nag plaplano palang mag apply ng trabaho or currently working, always prepare yourself because not every workplace will be healthy. There will always be toxic environments mga taong mapang abuso and unfortunately, that's part of reality.
‎
‎But here's something I hope you never forget always choose your mental health,
‎always choose your peace, and always choose the environment that helps you grow, not the one that slowly destroys you. Because there's nothing wrong with walking away from a place that no longer values your worth.
‎
At sa lahat ng leaders, managers, HR professionals, at business owners na makakabasa nito, I hope we continue creating workplaces where people don't just survive but where they genuinely feel respected, appreciated, and valued.
‎
‎Because at the end of the day, employees are not just part of the company.
‎
‎"They are the heart of it."
