*Position:* Certified Professional Coder
*Location:* Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site.
*About the Role*
We are seeking a certified Medical Coder (CPC) to join our team and ensure accurate coding of medical diagnoses, procedures, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong coding expertise, deep understanding of healthcare documentation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical records and documentation.
* Review medical documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and billing teams to clarify documentation and coding discrepancies.
* Ensure coding accuracy for reimbursement and compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
* Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and billing software to process coding tasks efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
* Support auditing and quality assurance processes as needed.
*Requirements*
* Certification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) is required.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in medical coding within healthcare systems.
* Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
* Familiarity with billing software and electronic medical records systems.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate across departments.

* 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Summers)
* 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Winters)
