Stress, anxiety and depression are another and true part of human beings. Life is not just a bed of roses but thorns come along with its as well. It's not fair all the times but what matters is how fairly and promptly it is dealt with. Tonight hearing about the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput it has become extremely important for all of us to realise how important mental health issues are and to eliminate this stigma. It's okay not to feel okay at times and hence it becomes even more vital for us to take care of the people around us. Not every smiling face is happy. Keep a check on your loved ones every now and then before it's too late to be with them and cry over spilt milk. Wake up to your surroundings and look around. And reach to people who actually need your time and help and support. And if you are the one who needs help and attention don't hesitate for a minute. Reach out for help for its nothing to be ashamed of. Life is not meant to be lived alone but to live with the ones who love and adore every single part of you.
