The body you admire is often the result of promises kept when nobody was watching.

Nuria is a personal trainer, but what impressed me most wasn’t her profession—it was her commitment. 🙌

Photographing her was a reminder that strength isn’t built in a single workout, a single month, or a burst of motivation.

It’s built through consistency. 🔥

Through showing up. 💯

Through choosing yourself over and over again. ❤️

As I edited these images, I found myself feeling inspired to take my own fitness more seriously this June. ☀️ With summer just around the corner, it felt like the perfect reminder that every small choice matters.

Ihab was actually supposed to come with his friend for a shared photoshoot — but at the last minute his friend got sick, and Ihab ended up coming alone.

And honestly? It turned out to be the perfect setup. 🙌

Without distractions, we could fully focus on creating images that truly reflected him — his energy, confidence, personality and presence in front of the camera. 📸
