Abigail responded to a post of mine during my NYC trip… and I’m over the moon she did! We wrapped up my time there with a photo shoot, wandering around Times Square and Central Park for the perfect shots. Super happy with the results!

During the Manhattan I shoot, I also took along my trusty Nikon F4 paired with the Nikon SB-24 speedlight. I had absolutely no idea what to expect from this setup as I had not shot flash photography on film at all until that point. I don't know why I was surprised that the photos came out perfectly exposed.. Maybe due to the fact it was shot on a camera and flash from 1988!? Trey was very patient with me and honestly, I love these results!

Shot during the evening near to the hotel I was staying at just a couple of blocks over from some of the most iconic landmarks in NYC. However, this time, I was not shooting the landmarks, but instead, shooting this very talented, young model. Man, this guy knows how to pose! The entire shoot was effortless... at least for me. Shot after shot was just pure gold.

However, this time, I was not shooting the landmarks, but instead, shooting this very talented, young model. Man, this guy knows how to pose! The entire shoot was effortless... at least for me. Shot after shot was just pure gold.

This was my first encounter with Andrea and in the spectacular city of New York! We just both happened to be on work for a couple of weeks and found each other on a local TFP group. Thank goodness we did. These are some of my favourite photos that I took in New York for the 2 weeks that I was there.

She's very natural in front of the camera and it was a pleasure working with her on these spectacular shots! Considering that she's actually from Prague, it may not be our final encounter!
