I recently visited the Lake District for the first time, and brought the new Canon C300 Mark III along for the journey.

Initial impressions show incredible dynamic range and colour separation performance. In addition to the C-Log 2 - Rec709 WideDR LUT, many shots have had manual contrast, exposure, and saturation adjustments to push the image even further in challenging HDR situations.

In all circumstances, the sensor and XF-AVC codec proved unbreakable.
