Day three and it finally came, the Swedish summer rain!
It breaks you off from an early start and reminds you to relax and take time to contemplate. You get the chance to regain some lost sleep and let the body recover.
My repeated lesson this morning is don’t half ass anything, if you’re going to do it then really do it, that could go really deep and far in meaning but for me it was just right outside the tent where I casually laid the tarp over the bikes hoping that it would stay there. Turns out there was wind with the rain and just like that the tarp blew off and all of our gear is now wet… I mean clean. 🙃
