For 2 nights only (29 & 30 June 2026), Gold Pig 🐖 금돼지식당 🐖 teams up with COTE Singapore COTE Singapore at COMO Orchard to present a special menu featuring premium Hanwoo Beef and legendary Handon Pork. Expect beautifully marbled cuts, rich flavours, and a chance to experience the quality and heritage of Korean meats without flying to Seoul.

Missed this exclusive collaboration? Don't worry! The celebration continues with the Meet the K-Meat Festival from 1 July to 31 August 2026. Besides COTE Singapore's dedicated Handon showcase, five other participating restaurants — Bedrock Bar & Grill, DRIM, GU:UM, Ju Shin Jung, and Sodeng — will each present their own original Hanwoo and Handon creations, showcasing their unique culinary styles.

One of my favourite stalls at Golden Mile Food Centre has to be braise 卤之家 braise 卤之家. Most of the time, I will go for their super value-for-money Braised Pork Rice ($3.50) or Braised Pork Belly Set ($5.50). But whenever I feel like treating myself, I will upgrade to the Braised Pork Cheek Set ($8.50).

The pork cheek is incredibly tender and practically melts in your mouth, soaking up all that rich, flavourful braising sauce. Each set also comes loaded with Ajitsuke Tamago, tofu, shiitake mushroom, black fungus and vegetables, making it a really satisfying meal. For the quality and portion, I think it’s one of the better-value bowls around.

Prices are surprisingly affordable, a great spot for late-night suppers, drinks with friends, or even an early morning feast after a night out.

Loved the nice and relaxing atmosphere, a great spot to wind down after a day of exploring. The food was actually quite decent too, making it a surprisingly enjoyable hotel dining experience. ✨
