Every story has its own rhythm. Every moment, its own shape. Light and movement reveal what is real — and what is fleeting. Cinematography turns ordinary moments into visuals that resonate. I’m Natthaphon “Nat” Sakulvanaporn — a Thai filmmaker, cinematographer, and director with over a decade of experience across independent storytelling and corporate video production. Since 2011, I’ve directed and filmed a wide range of projects, from award-winning short films to international advocacy and documentary work, as well as corporate campaigns. My work has taken me across Thailand and throughout Asia, including Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Alongside running Bangkok VDO, a video production company, I also work directly with clients as a freelance videographer — offering a flexible and efficient way to collaborate, without unnecessary layers of production.

I'm incredibly proud to have been chosen as the Director and Director of Photography for this documentary.

A heartfelt thank you to Khun Orn and Ajarn Sigit for your trust, for taking a leap of faith, and for giving me the opportunity to tell a story that I hope will inspire others.

ก้าวเพื่อ "ฉัน" (Community Step Challenge) is more than just a walking campaign—it's about finding your own reason to take the next step, supported by a community walking alongside you.

I hope this film encourages more people to discover that even the smallest step can lead to meaningful change.

Seeing stocks peaking again reminds me of the OANDA Trader’s Night in Bangkok from last year. It was a small, casual gathering—maybe 30 to 50 people—and felt more like a fun night out than a formal corporate event.

Being the only person with a cinema camera in a room that size makes it hard to be "invisible," but I did my best to stay out of the way during the five-hour shoot. The venue was incredibly dark, which is why I used the Canon C200 with a RAW workflow. Pairing it with Zeiss Distagon primes allowed me to pull enough detail from the shadows and use the available light for most of the b-roll.

For the interviews, I kept the setup minimal with just a single key light. I used the Rode Wireless Pro to make sure the audio stayed clear over the party noise. It was a good challenge overall.

Just a quick hello! I’m Nat. 👋

I’m a freelance videographer based here in Bangkok. I’ve been filming documentaries, short NGO projects, and corporate events across Asia for over a decade now, trying to capture things as they actually happen.

Depending on the scope, I sometimes shoot with fully rigged out cinema cameras, but usually I'm not a big fan of massive crews or complicated setups. I like to keep my footprint small so I can stay focused on the story and the people in front of the lens.

If you’re curious to see what I’ve been up to lately, I keep a collection of my favorite projects over at www.natcinestyle.com.

See you out there somewhere. 🎥

Hi everyone 👋

Just sharing a quick reel from some of the events and seminars I’ve been filming lately.

Been doing this for over 10 years now… Always enjoy blending into the room and capturing moments as they naturally happen. No big setups, no interruptions.. just real energy, real reactions. 😎

📍 Based in Bangkok, available across Thailand.
