Last weekend, We traded city noise for sea breeze and found ourselves trail running on the rugged hills of Koh Larn, just off the coast of Pattaya.
Trail running, for me, isn’t about how you look or how fast you go. It’s about presence. It’s about connection — with nature, with your breath, with the steady rhythm of your feet on gravel. It’s the quiet focus during the climb, the strength you find when the trail gets steep, and the beauty waiting at the top. Every step becomes intentional. It’s not a race — it’s a journey toward something beautiful.

This trip reminded me that sometimes
Travel doesn’t always need an itinerary. The beauty is found in unplanned stops, long drives through the green hills/mountains, mountain air, and simple moments that feel quietly complete.This trip wasn’t about rushing it’s about resting.
