So much has changed that most of the photos in my review had to be replaced with those edited using the current version of R4m.

Additionally, I showed how the latest Mattifier plugin works, which is used to remove glare (I consider it one of the most useful plugins in this whole set), and I basically rewrote most of the text, referring to how everything works now.

I also expanded some descriptions that I neglected earlier (teeth whitening, contouring with portrait volumes) and as a result, I think I've created almost a compendium on automating photo editing illustrated extensively with before/after shots.

Even if you don't have time to read it all, it's worth taking a look at what can be done now with just one click because pictures with a before/after slider show more than text. In the example of cleaning up a very dirty background – jaw-dropping results are guaranteed because there were huge changes made there.

Of course not everything is perfect so many examples discuss things A.I. currently struggles with or which plugins I use least or not at all etc.

I wrote about it over 4 years ago, but then it had a lot fewer programs and I used 9 of them, now almost 40. All of these applications can also be purchased traditionally, and many of them are universal enough that every Mac user will find something for themselves. If you have your favorite Setapp programs that I haven't mentioned, let me know how you use them.
