This is still my favorite shot from that day! ​I don’t know their story, but from this photo alone, it feels like a scene straight out of one of those romantic movies us ladies tend to watch on repeat. You know the ones—where the noise of the whole crowd fades away, the music swells, and it’s just pure, unscripted joy. 100% a moment worth holding on to.

Showing up matters.
Watching this crew rally at the Strongman Competition yesterday was a masterclass in what real support looks like. If Team Goody is accepting applications, I think we’d all like to sign up!

I always tell my husband that "my camera gives me wings"—it gives me just enough confidence needed for me to show up to amazing events like the Strongman Competition yesterday... even if I'm still too shy to walk up and talk to people! 🤣

If my shyness did not hold me back... I would have told them this: Your dedication to testing the limits of physical strength is beautiful, and as someone who just started going to the gym 3 months ago...you inspire me more than you know!

Here's to strong women. May we know them, may we photograph them, and may we lift like them.

THIS is what it’s all about. This is exactly why I love attending these events! That raw, electric feeling when an entire crowd comes together to celebrate an incredible accomplishment. It’s about the community...everyone screaming, cheering, and lifting each other up!! You can literally feel the energy radiating through this photo!
