Please keep this Midland family in your prayers. 🙏

In an instant, their lives were changed forever after their children were involved in a devastating car crash.

The medical bills and funeral expenses are adding up.

If you’re able to help financially, every donation can make a difference. If you can’t, please share their story and lift them up in prayer.

Let’s remind this family they are not alone. Leave a 🙏 in the comments if you’re praying for them, and tell them where you’re watching from so they can see how many people across Texas and beyond are standing with them.

Just heartbreaking💔‼️

A Texas family says they are searching the country for a hospital willing to give their 2-year-old daughter another chance.

Annelise Camp has remained at the center of an emotional medical and legal battle after a near-drowning accident on Memorial Day left her hospitalized.

Now, her father says the family is actively looking for a pediatric hospital willing to accept her as a transfer and explore every possible treatment option.

One line from his statement says it all:

“She cannot fight for herself. That is my job as her father.”

According to her father, they are hoping to find a facility that will continue supportive care while evaluating additional therapies and giving Annelise more time. He says the family has found hope in stories of other children who showed improvement after severe brain injuries and believes their daughter deserves that same chance.

Whatever your perspective on the difficult medical decisions involved, most parents understand the instinct to fight for every possible moment with their child.

Please keep Annelise, her parents Johnston and Joy, and everyone who loves her in your prayers. ❤️🙏

Update: Kevin Zamora’s family tells me two deeply personal items are still missing after the 17-year-old was shot and killed while working at a fast food restaurant in Arizona. his bag and the Bible he carried with him everywhere.

His sister, Desiree, says the Bible was always with Kevin and meant a great deal to him. She hopes someone who may have it will do the right thing and return it.

“We miss and love you, Kevin,” she told me.

Kevin was fatally shot while on the job, leaving his family and the community mourning the loss of a teenager they describe as kind, funny, and always willing to help others.

“My brother had a long life to live,” Desiree said. “He was loved by everyone. He always had my family and me laughing.”

As they continue to grieve, the family is holding onto the hope that Kevin’s missing belongings, especially his Bible, will make their way back home.

“I just want him to get the recognition he deserves.”

Those are the words Michael Menjares’ grandmother shared with me as his family prepares to lay the 17-year-old to rest tomorrow.

While many know Michael as one of the teens involved in the tragic Abilene crash, his grandmother wanted people to know another part of his story.

Just weeks before his death, a fire broke out inside his family’s home while several of his younger siblings were trapped inside. With their mother at work, Michael woke up to the smoke, ran to help, and found the front too dangerous to enter. He raced to the back of the house and safely got his younger siblings out through another door.

He even tried to go back inside for his uncle, but the smoke had become too thick. Thankfully, his uncle was able to escape as well.

His grandmother says Michael never hesitated to put others first, risking his own safety to protect the people he loved.

As family and friends gather for his funeral services tomorrow, they hope he will be remembered not only for the heartbreaking way his life ended, but also for the courage, selflessness, and love he showed while he was here.

đź’ś Please keep Davian Jack and his family in your prayers.

His family shared heartbreaking news that his condition has taken a turn for the worse. They are now working with the hospital to bring him home, where he can be surrounded by the people he loves.

In a touching request, Davian asked to celebrate his birthday early in case he is unable to make it to June 18. His family plans to honor that wish today.

They also shared that, once he is home and comfortable, their door will be open for anyone who would like to visit, hug him, and say goodbye.

Please lift Davian, his family, and everyone who loves him up in prayer during this incredibly difficult time. 💜🎗️

HALLELUJAH! 🙏

He stood up and walked across the graduation stage when many wondered if he would ever walk again.

Now, 21-year-old Rudy Garza is facing another battle.

A month ago, I shared Rudy’s incredible story after he survived the terrorist attack in Austin, where he was shot in the head. Despite the odds, he earned his mechanical engineering degree from UT and became the first person in his Hispanic family to graduate from college.

Today, his mom shared an update with Ryan Wolf.

The surgery was successful. Thank God!

Rudy recently underwent major brain surgery, including a right cranioplasty with a PEEK implant and repair of a cerebrospinal fluid leak. He remains in the ICU and is being closely monitored. His family says he experienced seizures after surgery, but they remain hopeful and encouraged by his progress.

The road ahead includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, seizure management, pain management, imaging, and follow-up care.

Rudy has already overcome so much. He refused to let a bullet define his future, and he continues to fight with incredible determination.

Please keep Rudy and his family in your prayers. If you’d like to support his recovery, here’s the fundraiser:

đź’” Another heartbreaking loss in Abilene.

Roger has died at just 18 years old.

His family says Roger faced challenges almost from the very beginning. At just 5 months old, he contracted pneumococcal meningitis, leaving him medically fragile for much of his life. But they say he never let that define him.

Instead, Roger became known for his loving heart, joyful spirit, and ability to brighten the lives of everyone around him.

After suffering a medical emergency, first responders did everything they could to save him, but Roger sadly passed away.

His family says that’s how they want him remembered. Not for the obstacles he faced, but for the joy, kindness, and love he shared with others.

Please keep Maggie, his family, and everyone who loved Roger in your prayers. ❤️🙏 If you’d like to help with funeral expenses, ways to do so are in the comments.

❤️ “We’re so thankful for the support and love people have shown for my brother. It’s heartwarming to know how many people loved him. It just goes to show the kind of person he was.”

That’s what Michael Menjares’ family told me.

🦅 Michael was an Abilene High Eagle and would have graduated next year. His family says he was funny, loving, respectful, and always willing to help someone else.

There’s one part of his obituary that really says it all. It shares that Michael went through trauma and hardships as a child that could have shaped him in a very different way. Instead, he broke that cycle. His family says he became one of the most patient and understanding people you could meet, the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back, hand over his last $5 if you needed it more, or quietly help a family without asking for anything in return.

To me, that wraps up Michael perfectly. ❤️

His family wants everyone to know how grateful they are for the prayers, messages, and support. It’s a reminder of just how many lives he touched.

Please continue to keep the Menjares family and everyone who loved Michael in your prayers.
