📸 A LITTLE BOOKING REMINDER 🤍
Just a quick PSA for anyone who is thinking about booking a session with me!
When you book a session, I reserve that date and time specifically for you. Because of that, a deposit is required to officially secure your spot on my calendar.
I completely understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. Life happens! 🤍 However, last-minute cancellations can be really difficult for small businesses because that time has already been set aside and usually can’t be filled on short notice.
So just a friendly reminder of my booking policies:
✨ Your session is not officially booked until your deposit is received.
✨ Deposits are non-refundable.
✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible.
✨ If you’re not quite ready to pay the deposit yet, no worries at all! We can wait to officially reserve your date until you’re ready.
I never want anyone to feel pressured to book before they’re financially ready. I’d much rather you tell me you need a little more time than have either of us scrambling at the last minute. 🫶🏼
I absolutely understand that unexpected things happen, and I will always try to be reasonable and work with my clients when I can.
At the same time, photography is my business, and protecting my time allows me to continue doing what I love and providing the best experience I can for you. 📷🌿
