This was probably the coolest proposals I've ever gotten to document. Proposing at the end of a 6 hour bike ride through Hudson Valley? I'd say that's pretty epic and you know I love when Couples include their passions into their sessions. This was such a perfect way to propose for them.

I also love that the proposer had all of her future fiancés family from out of state join in for a weekend celebration!

Yesterday's Wedding is proof that you don't have everything planned out and you can just in fact... enjoy your day. As long as I know where to be and at what time, the rest can all just unfold in front of my camera. This day went by so flawlessly. The weather was absolutely perfect with a touch of wind for some dramatic effects. The location? STUNNING. Hello Thatcher, I loved you but now I LOVE LOVE LOVE you. These two had so many lovely guests and instead of a list of family formals, we did table shots before dinner and it ended up going super smoothly and I even got some stellar portraits of the Couple in between tables.
