After so many years away, it felt SO good to be back.. Rediscovering a cidade maravilhosa while adventuring alongside my favorite little guy. Experiencing this city through Aly’s eyes made Rio feel more colorful, brighter, and even more special.

But first: thank you, God, for the biggest blessing of my life - the one who arrived on December 5, 2023 at 10:09 AM, while another version of myself was being born in that same moment. Happy birthday, my love - two years of learning, sweet chaos, and, above all, love. Tons of love.

Thank you, Aly, for giving me a whole new perspective of life and of living - a new sense of being. Thank you for being light in the darkness, hope in the emptiness, certainty in the doubt.. for being love all the way, in every way. For teaching me so much and showing me I didn’t know enough. Thank you for being the only thing I truly needed when I thought I needed nothing, and for making my life so much more meaningful, colorful, powerful!

You fill my heart with joy in every single aspect. I can’t even remember what life felt like before you, because the truth is: it all makes sense now. Um pouco do trabalho realizado, em parceria com a BRWOD, na competição Girls Challenge (crossfit) que ocorreu ontem, no Ginásio do Bolão em Jundiaí! Dia 05 de julho aconteceu no Ginásio do Bolão em Jundiaí a terceira edição do Crossfit Jundiaí Girls Challenge. A única competição exclusivamente feminina do país.
