Sanctification brings about transformation. A process we don’t always think about when thinking about walking with Jesus.
Definitely come as you are, but when you begin to pursue Him, you will fell compelled to leave things behind. Not because someone tells you to, but because being in His presence, conviction by way of Holy Spirit, and understanding what was done on the cross for you, will compel you to.

Why do we need a savior?

Here’s the Gospel

Bad News!
God is holy and perfect.
Sin is rebellion against a holy God.
We have sinned against Him, which separates us from Him.

Good News!
Jesus is perfect and died to pay the price for sin, and rose to reconcile us back to God.
Everyone who repents of their sin and accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior, will be reconciled back to God.

Reflect: Am I always patient? Am I always kind? Am I always hope filled?
🙋🏾‍♀️I fail every time.

His grace and mercy offers you the opportunity to repent (do a 180), acknowledge your wrong and transform into, and develop into that person He calls you to be.

Mind you, this is an ongoing process and so worth it.
That’s why loving someone takes work. That includes self-love.
