About 3 weeks ago now, I had the chance to take photos for my brother's wedding. All I have to say is that it was a blast to do, but not only that I got to see the way my brother's face would light up when his bride walked up to him every time. I loved being able to be a part of making those memories last a lifetime.

So, today is February 1st which means it would have been Grandma Bette Winkle’s 73rd birthday. I miss her every time I take a photo and also everyday no matter what. Not a lot of people know this but she is the reason I started taking photos in the first place. She would let me take photos with her camera when I was a kid and she even got me one of the disposable cameras at one point. She taught me that when I take photos don’t always think about how to get the best but how to capture the best moments that can turn into memories. And that’s exactly how I take my photos. She also would mention to me that I should always be able to show the glory of God in my photos and I think I have been able to do just that.

Lately I have been missing my childhood home and being able to have campfire with my family. I also have been thinking about the college that God had placed me at, and all the people I had meet there. Now I only two blocks away from that very same college and have been given the opportunity to help students there whenever I am able too. I am so grateful God has been with me with every step I take and has shown me where to go.
So, with all of that said I decided to do a little photoshoot with two of my favorite things that God has given me, campfires and a mug from Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary.
