The certificate the lady is holding says "United States Department of Agriculture Certificate of Appreciation, Clara Oliver". Possibly 1959 - I found an article that may go with this photo, but the photo was not published. Clara was married to Gates Oliver and their son was named Robert "Bob" Oliver.

The Allusions was a band from Ardmore, OK, in the 1960's founded by Robert Payne. They were popular locally and went on to record on the Ember record label. Royce Hignight, Gary Lawson, Dale Smith, and Garland Scarberry were the other members, although I don't know who is who in the photos. Surely some of you will know!

Also, I found a single of theirs on YouTube if you'd like to listen. The link is the first comment below.
