The girl I call my first baby, my niece is graduating today. She was the first person who sparked a joy in me for photographing people. She is and has always been a passionately driven person. She knew she wanted to achieve as much as possible academically since she started school at a very young age. She's been working tirelessly for this day since elementary school, achieving goal after goal, receiving honors and awards throughout (all while playing multiple sports and playing in the school band). Her passion and dedication to her academics have definitely paid off, and I'm so excited to see everything she accomplishes in college and beyond. If there's one thing I know is whatever she sets her mind to, she can accomplish. I'm beyond proud of you Anna ❤

lee18 wanted a photoshoot that embodied feminine rage... femme fatale(esque). I personally feel like we nailed it! If you have an idea in your head, please never hesitate to reach out (even if you think it's out of the box). Believe me when I say I LOVE bringing a vision to life.

When all your children live in different places, having everyone together feels rare and precious. I step into these sessions knowing I’m documenting more than faces, I’m preserving precious moments. For this session, we mixed some traditional family portraits with an authentic documentary of the day. It was such a pleasure working with this lovely family (inside and out).

I'm beyond excited to show some of this session off. This was one of the coldest, windiest days all winter, but it was truly one of my favorite sessions to date. The goal was to capture the authentic moment of the proposal. She had no idea who I was or that I was there capturing this intimate, joyous moment. It was such a special moment that I'm thankful I got to capture for them (I literally cried editing because it was so sweet).

Thinking about proposing or surprising someone with something special? Consider hiring a photographer! Even if it's not me, it's something special you will cherish for the rest of your life.
