Welcome to Self Care Sunday (SCS)!

SCS is an accountability group for creatives, by creatives. We meet once a month to create whatever hobby, talent, gift, vision, dreams, or goals we never make time for.

Creatives can enjoy a safe space to create, fellowship, and meet other creatives. Hors-d’œuvre and libations are provided. All SCS events are 420 friendly.

Join us Sunday, August 17, 2025, 2:00 pm in ATL for a vibe. Let’s motivate one another and create together! Whatever you’re working on, we are here to work with you. Keep in mind SCS is NOT a social event. You MUST bring laptops, notebooks, paper, pens, canvases, paint, brushes, art materials, cameras, mixing boards, yoga mats, tarot cards—something to work on. Limited materials can be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Two pieces of advice I stand by:

• Enter contests to practice and get your name out there.
• When the big projects get overwhelming, try something smaller.

The result?
✅ 1 finished flash fiction piece
✅ 1 new flash fiction story idea
✅ 1 clear goal

Bonus result: I’m not adding a sh*t-ton of backstory to my WIP. 😜
