ATLANTIC STATION IS GETTING A MANAGEMENT SHAKE-UP!

Trademark Property Company has officially taken over management, leasing, and operations at Atlantic Station—but don’t worry, the development itself hasn’t been sold.

So, what’s actually changing?

· New Management: Trademark is now handling day-to-day operations and leasing.
· New GM Alert: Sean McIntosh is returning to Atlantic Station to lead the team. He previously worked there from 2006 to 2013.
· Community Voices: Trademark plans to meet with tenants and nearby neighborhoods to hear what people want to see improved.
· Survey Coming Soon: A community survey will launch in the coming weeks, giving residents and locals a chance to share feedback.
· More Atlanta Presence: Trademark also intends to hire a senior asset manager based in Atlanta to strengthen local oversight.

The company says it wants to build on Atlantic Station’s current foundation while looking for ways to take the destination to the “next level.”
