Hi! It’s time to chat… 🤍
There have recently been a lot of conversations within the photography community regarding the sharing of photos of minor clients on photographers’ social media and business pages. With recent discussions surrounding AI-generated images of children and legal protections, I felt it was important to have an open conversation about this.
I want to be very clear, I have always made it a priority to ask permission before sharing photos of your children. If a parent or guardian is not comfortable having their child’s photos shared online, I will absolutely respect that. Whether that means not posting the photos at all or only sharing faceless images, your wishes will always be honored.
I will continue to make your comfort and your children’s privacy a priority.
I’m sharing this simply to open up a conversation because I always want to ensure that my clients feel safe, heard, and respected. Protecting children and respecting your boundaries will always come first.
Your children, your comfort, and your memories are more important to me than my business. Always. 🤍
I’m also going to be working harder and studying more prompts for families that from here forward want to have more faceless options in their galleries so they can post photos without the faces of their children showing if that’s what they choose. That way I insure your getting every single option in your gallery moving forward with this in mind for you!
As always, I love and appreciate every single one of you. I am so incredibly thankful for this community and for the trust you place in me and my business. 🤍
