Revisited some images from a few years back when we visited Orkney off the North Coast of Scotland. We stayed in Stromness couple nights and did a lot of exploring. This is an early morning shot out the hotel window one morning. If you look close in the left along the shoreline, you can see the light on the lighthouse. Definitely will return here if we are blessed to go back.

We also visited Ring of Brodgar, Skara Brae and Standing Stones of Stenness.

This is just a small sample of this beautiful archipelago surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea. A great place to be. It's history goes back almost til time began.

Shooting the Moon!
Here's a look at last night's lunar eclipse. We shot from Lake Lanier Olympic Park. At first we thought the sky was not going to give much of clear view. Once you are there, set-up, cameras ready, you might as well give it some time. Eventually, as the moon rose in the sky, leaving the clouds behind, we found the perfect sky. Can't wait to see what the others in our group captured along with anyone else who made an attempt.
