5 TOP TIPS FOR INCORPORATING WHAT MATTERS INTO YOUR WEDDING
(a.k.a. things I saw in Madison and Gavin’s wedding)
1. The details MATTER: For the bouquet, Madison asked her floral team to build something that was simple but elegant. They incorporated good smelling stems like herbs, bringing a pleasant aroma and visual variety to her bouquet!
2. Your family and friends MATTER: Incorporating their family into the wedding ceremony and festivities. Gavin asked his grandfather to conduct the ceremony, bringing lasting memories and comfort in knowing that he had a personal relationship with them both!
3. The food MATTERS: Finding a caterer that can deliver food you actually like. M & G sought out a local vendor who provided a lot of options, but specialized in an upscale, European flavor.
4. The venue MATTERS: Choosing a venue that compliments your vision but also feels like home. You want to feel comfortable in the space you’ve chosen, because honestly, you may not remember what the walls were painted but you’ll remember the way it made you FEEL.
And most importantly:
5. The couple MATTERS: give yourself time to enjoy the day, take breaks, and have privacy. M & G chose a last dance, private and meaningful, to end the night.
