There's no time limit on making your vacation pictures into beautiful pieces of art. And there are no time limits on my photographs from previous Never the Rock Photography trips. After 6 years, these gorgeous photographs are now works of art, ready to be displayed in a client's home. What a blessing to be able to beautify the world with the magnificent things the Lord has created for His glory and our pleasure.

The first time I saw a koala in the wild, I cried. What an amazing thing to experience after years of loving them through photos and wildlife specials. It was surreal to think I was actually standing right under one, in the wild, in person. I learned more about them while on this Australian adventure and throughout my visit there I witnessed how the babies start out on their mama's backs, then gradually move farther away in the same tree, until eventually they move to trees further away from the family.

Travel has blessed me beyond what I could imagine, and I am so grateful for the experiences I've had so far... and the ones yet to come (Lord willing!).

Although some may find this a little creepy, I found out about these grey-headed flying foxes on a nature special featuring Australia over a year ago. Once I learned about them, I was very hopeful to someday get to visit one of their habitats. What an absolute thrill to have been able to work out a side trip while in Sydney to explore this amazing colony. Don't be afraid... they feed on fruits, nectar, and flowers, playing a crucial role in pollination and seed dispersal in Australia.
