Rare Orlando sighting of the exotic silver-tufted photographer!! This particular bird has migrated to the four corners of the US in past weeks, so it is VERY unusual to find her in her natural Florida environment!!

means different things to different people, but "flexibility in the face of unexpected challenges" is one of the requirements that comes up again and again! David, one of our fab photographers in NYC was working at the US Open Men's Final during a surprise Presidential visit. Did he get the shot?? You bet he did!! His comments on the experience, "While it was a crazy ordeal, I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity. Hopefully one day I can tell you all how crazy of a day it was dealing with the secret service."

Back in the late 2000's, a friend told me about a creative way to bring some jazz to the typical Out of Office email = include a link to a unexpected video message! My very first one in 2009 was me saying, "I'm out of the office right now...." while traversing a canyon in Costa Rica on a zipline! You could say I was inspired by the idea (and the response), so I created a very short script and repeated it in every city, country, and even a few continents I visited while shooting!

In 2019 I turned the collection over to our trusty video editor, Peter. A lot of the clips were from older tech and zero of them had pro-level sound, but it was just for fun, right?? Enjoy this incredibly under-utilized reel from January of 2020! [And yes, it is completely ironic that I had this video edited and prepped for use - at exactly the same time COVID halted all need for an OoO reply!! ]

Random Thursday in July, and we have fab events in Charlotte, Chicago, and NYC?? We are typically S-L-O-W in July with maybe one event on a night, if we're lucky. This is definitely odd in a 'gosh I love it and hope for this to happen more frequently in the future' kinda way!!

We do a good amount of business with Chick-fil-A corporate – we must be doing soemthing right because we just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉
