This press handstand drill will help you move your hips over your hands which is (imo) the hardest part of the press. You can try different heights to continue advancing 🫶🙂‍↕️

Clear your mind and focus on what you can control. Tune out the noise if not just for a moment and slow down. Handstand practice demands focus. You can’t rush it. 🫶
