Some people leave this world far too soon, but the love they gave and the lives they touched continue to make a difference for generations.

Raina Hiers Cagle was one of those people.

Today, her legacy continues through the Raina Hiers Cagle Scholarship Foundation, and I couldn’t be more honored to be a small part of that mission. Even more special is that her granddaughter, Carly (mine & Logan’s daughter) has stepped into the role of leading the foundation.

The hope- to award a deserving female student each year by giving them opportunities while ensuring Raina’s memory continues to inspire others.

As a photographer, I wanted to find a meaningful way to help. Beginning this year, CC Photography will host an annual photo session giveaway, along with other fundraisers throughout the year, with proceeds benefiting the scholarship foundation. Our hope is that together, we can continue growing this scholarship so Raina’s kindness, love, and legacy live on through every student whose life is impacted.

This isn’t just about raising money. It’s about honoring an incredible woman, celebrating the family who continues her work, and making sure her name is remembered for years to come.

I hope you’ll join us in supporting this cause. Whether you participate in a fundraiser, donate, or simply share our posts, every act of kindness helps continue Raina’s story.

Tickets are $25-each ticket you purchase increases your odds of winning! Please send purchases via Venmo to:
carly-raina (last 4 digits is 6273) and in description put your name and how many tickets. If you only want to make a donation just simply put donation.

Drawing will be held on September 12th.

What you win- one hour all inclusive photo session. Limited to - family, senior, children, headshots, engagement, maternity, newborn.
May not be used for Extended Family Sessions.
