Another great breakfast at First Watch - South I Drive on in Orlando! We tried the sausage gravy & biscuits, a quinoa pesto bowl, a few sides, & the banana brittle French toast. The French toast stole the show with its sweet & rich flavor in every bite. 🍌🥞 Big thanks to Denise for the wonderful hospitality. Friendly service always makes a meal that much better, & she made us feel right at home! ❤️

Mount Dora, FL has some great walkable areas with shopping & good eats. We stumbled into Mount Dora Olive Oil Company & tasted some of the most flavorful vinegars. The variety of flavor profiles was incredible, & they also have a large selection of specialty oils to sample. My absolute favorite was the guava vinaigrette, bursting with bright tropical flavor. Definitely worth stopping in for a tasting if you're exploring Mount Dora! 🍇🫒✨

One of the many great things about Florida is the access to so many different ethnic restaurants. After some research, I found a Turkish spot Antalya Turkish Grillhouse less than a mile from our hotel that opened earlier this year. The reviews were great, so we decided to give it a try for dinner. We started with the Turkish sausage pide, which was loaded with cheese & had the perfect crispy crust. The beef Adana plate was incredibly flavorful & vibrant, with perfectly seasoned meat, fluffy rice, & pickled cabbage that added the perfect extra flair to the dish. If you're in Orlando, this place is a must-visit. Between the fabulous service from Berna & Natalia & the amazing food, you won't be disappointed. 🇹🇷✨

Mystic Ice Cream in Mount Dora has some great boozy & regular homemade ice cream flavors. I tried a scoop of their Butterscotch Crunch, & it was absolutely amazing with the perfect balance of sweet, buttery flavor. He went with the Oreo Cookie Dough & Coffee flavors, both of which were super tasty. A great stop to cool off while exploring downtown Mount Dora! 🍦✨

The Wilson Orlando in Celebration serves up crafty cocktails, great bites, & plenty of flavor. The pasta bolognese is made from scratch & packed with rich, hearty flavor. Their pizza has an amazing crust with the perfect balance of crispness & chew. The mac & cheese was creamy comfort food at its finest, while the picanha was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area! 🍸🍕🥩🧀

We finally got our hands on the famous krab rangoon mozzarella stick from W A V E 波 - Asian Bistro & Sushi in Mount Dora, FL! 🤩 Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, & packed with that perfect krab rangoon flavor. It was everything I hoped it would be & definitely lived up to the hype. One of those bites you keep thinking about long after it's gone! 😋🦀🧀

Took a little ride to Mount Dora & discovered a super cool spot, Goblin Market. This unique restaurant & lounge features multiple dining rooms with an old Victorian vibe, eclectic décor, & a whimsical atmosphere that makes every room feel like a new adventure. ✨ We enjoyed a couple of cocktails & some bites to eat. The cream cheese stuffed artichoke tempura was crispy, creamy, & packed with flavor, while the truffle deviled eggs were the perfect indulgent snack. Definitely a fun & memorable stop while exploring Mount Dora! 🥂🍽️

Brunch at Se7enbites was a winner! I went with the fried green tomato Benedict on a biscuit with peppercorn hollandaise & a side of cheddar grits, while he had the chicken Caesar wrap with a side of flavorful sausage gravy. We couldn't leave without a couple sweets from the bakery, including one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. Easy to see why they're Michelin Guide recognized! 🍳🍪✨

Our first stop in Orlando was Aloha Hawaiian Kitchen & our first time trying Hawaiian cuisine. We ordered the Aloha Special, which comes with pork belly, mochiko chicken, ono shrimp over white rice, & mac salad topped with kani crab 🦀. This was one of the most flavorful plates I've ever had. I was so impressed with the depth of flavors, & every bite brought something different to the table with slight kick. We couldn't leave without trying the Spam Musubi, which was also a winner. If this was our introduction to Hawaiian food, consider us hooked! 🌺🍍🤙

We tried out Alma Gaúcha Worcester in Worcester, checking out their bar menu featuring some awesome happy hour food specials available Monday through Friday from 4-7. 🍹The cocktails were very tasty, & they started us off with complimentary pão de queijo & yuca balls. We ordered a Caesar salad, Brazilian bites, pastel, & picanha tacos. Everything was super tasty, the portions were generous, & the prices made it an even better value. If you're looking for a great happy hour spot with flavorful food & delicious drinks, Alma Gaucha is definitely worth a visit!
