We enjoyed our first Michelin experience in Athens, & it was everything we hoped for. At CTC Urban Gastronomy, we were treated to an 11-course surprise tasting menu with expertly paired wines. Each course was beautifully presented, & every bite brought together incredible flavors in a thoughtful & creative way. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service. Every dish & wine pairing was carefully explained, giving us a deeper appreciation for the experience. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable culinary journey & a perfect introduction to Michelin dining in Greece. 🍷✨🍽️

Popped into local Milford staple Gene’s Variety, known for their sandwiches & much more. It was pretty busy, but I ordered the Italian, loaded with meats, hots, & pickles for the perfect balance of flavors. I also had to grab a slice of their bakery-style pan pizza, which hit the spot. The potato salad was simple but tasty, & I picked up some limoncello biscotti for the other half, which were surprisingly delicious. Super happy with everything all around & can see why this place has such a loyal following!

Throwing it back to our time in Paros! 🌊☀️ Last year, we spent a few unforgettable days in Paros at a beautiful hotel tucked along a quiet beach. One of our favorite memories was our last beach day with our wonderful friends at Pedro Beach. We started the morning with cappuccinos & a beautiful egg breakfast right by the ocean, soaking in the peaceful views & sea breeze. This little spot in Paros was absolutely perfect & the kind of place you never want to leave. 💙🇬🇷

Another delicious brunch at Mint Kitchen and Bar with some new specials on the menu! 😋 We started with the traditional Vietnamese bakery plate, featuring both savory & sweet selections. Then came my favorite dish, the bò né, served with a fresh baguette. We also had to try the new special, a scallion pancake breakfast wrap with Chinese sausage. On the side, we ordered fried dough, home fries, Chinese sausage, & pork sausage. The owner is an absolute sweetheart & even offered us some congee, which I've never had before & can't wait to try. A special shoutout to Aisha & Katherine for taking such great care of us. The food, hospitality, & attention to detail keep us coming back every time! ❤️🍽️

Another throwback back to our sunset catamaran cruise with Sunset Oia, Sailing Cruises, Santorini. They showed us an incredible time cruising around the island, taking in some truly spectacular views. The BBQ lunch they prepared was delicious, & the evening ended with one of the most beautiful sunsets in Oia. 🌅⛵ If you're visiting Santorini, this is an experience I highly recommend. Great food, breathtaking scenery, & memories that will stay with you long after the trip is over. 🇬🇷✨
