A DREAMER is a highly sensitive, creative, multi-passionate BADASS who has always known they are made for BIG things.

Many DREAMERS have a THIS (a creative project or endeavor that feels necessary to complete in this lifetime). Some of us have many 👀. Some of us have one BIG ONE.

Some of us might feel disconnected from or lost sight of our THIS...and that's tootally OK.

Many of us have trauma backgrounds and are ready to fully HEAL THAT SH*T so we can share our STORY, share our VOICE and step into our big THIS.

This Safe-Haven is a place to:

Radical self-love starts with deeply having your own back as “God” would.

And if you hate the “G” word - stay with me!!

I used to think self-love was an outside in approach. Intellectually thinking cool thoughts about myself. Taking extra good care of myself. Amping myself up on how great I am. Using affirmations that don’t resonate yet. Inflating my ego and sense of self to feel more confident.

It felt like an outside job to love myself more.

BUT - what ACTUALLY works for me is practicing self-love from the inside out.

Then all those things I listed above - NATURALLY start to occur BECAUSE you love yourself.

I had to learn to love myself from the deepest parts of myself. From the oneness within myself. From the eternal / infinite piece of myself. From big wise but quiet self. From God self.

And if you’re like I don’t really believe in that kinda stuff then I gotchu. Because I felt that way too and there are fully non-secular ways to get in touch with that infinite source that don’t require the G word.

And I like to BET that once you’re in touch with IT; the G word won’t feel as scary anymore.

Oh! And we’ll take some badass photos of you to capture that new-found sense of wholeness!

“This is your thing” I read on one of the last pages of Laura McKowen’s book.

And I thought. Holy s**t.

Not only is THIS my thing (getting sober, at the time).

But so is THIS (YouTube). And THIS (Finishing my movie).

It turns out I have many, many things.

Many things that if I don’t do them by the time I get to my deathbed I will feel deeply disappointed.

Many things that if I don’t face them, I know will eat me alive.

Many things that are more painful left ignored than said YES to.

And so I forgave myself for how long I’d neglected it.

And so I rebuilt the trust in myself to try again.

And so I stopped avoiding the THING right in front of me.

And I said YES to the bigness within me.

And it’s been the BEST most ALIGNED time in my life!! It’s been extraordinary. Thrilling. Terrifying. Heartbreaking.

But because I am so congruent in ME.

Because I have my own back.

Because I love myself deeply.

It’s all perfect. ✨

Because behind figuring something out is a judgement that it “shouldn’t be”
