Wind Wolves Preserve

Me and my fiancé took a random trip last month to hike at Wind Wolves Preserve. It was beautiful and cold, but it was worth it. I was able to get amazing shots, enjoy!

Good morning!

I wanted to share my first class project that I completed and we had to choose an artist to use as inspiration from their work, then make it our own. If you swipe left, you will see the original artwork done by Sol Lewitt. I referenced from the “Lines in Four Directions” artwork and created my own while adding my 3D shapes. Despite the challenges that I had during this process, I’m so proud of myself for making it to the end and was able to create five illustrations.

Good morning, happy Friday! Wow, what a journey to ask a lot of people if they wanted to participate in this and a huge thank you to everyone who contributed. I was able to receive 92 pictures out of 100 so I added 8 more pictures of my own. This mosaic portrait is dedicated to my friends, families, and supporters. I love this photo, especially how the goat directly stared at the camera while his face was at a different angle. Took this photo in 2019. This is a Tadjik Markhor, the name Markhor is Persian for “the snake eater” according to the LA Zoo website. I love the contrast and texture in this photo. Capturing moments like this, you never know how it’s going to come out and especially with animals!
