There’s something about movement in photos that speaks to me more than still shots do. Especially with kids; kids aren’t meant to stay still. They love to jump and run and spin around; why wouldn’t I want to capture that during their photo sessions?

I strive to capture your kids (& my own!) as they truly are during our photo sessions. I want to capture them playing and being themselves so that when you get you photos back you can hear them laughing and playing through the photos. Capturing you and your family authentically will always be one of my top priorities 📸

Happy 1 year anniversary to these two ❤️

1 year ago I dipped my toe back into the world of wedding photography. No pressure; just documenting the day for these two as it unfolded. A micro wedding with just immediate family and a friend.

And I fell in love with weddings again. Not big, over the top weddings. But small, intimate weddings/elopements. Where it’s just you and a few of your loved ones. Spending the day together celebrating your love. Minimal posed moments and multiple candid moments captured.

I love to look back at older sessions (older on the left) and see the growth I’ve gone through ❤️

I’ve spent a lot of time working on my editing, watching tutorials on doing sessions in all kinds of light, learning manual mode on my camera to have more control over my images. And I can say with confidence that it’s paying off 🙌🏻

Photography is an art, and art that takes practice, trial and error, and constant learning. Sometimes it’s frustrating but mostly it’s rewarding. I love when a client reaches out after a session and tells me they’re in love with their photos; it feels so good that something I love doing makes others happy ❤️
