Another session with a photographer friend! Photographing another photographer always feels a little daunting—they know all the tricks and notice all the details. But being trusted to photograph her and her three girls meant so much. The girls knew exactly how to work the camera (not surprisingly!) and the beautiful beach setting made the evening even better!

Two friends and their families visiting from Texas 🤍

On the way to the beach, the radar showed a quick shower coming through right around their session time. We got a few photos in before the rain started, took a quick 10-minute break while it passed, and then headed back out to the most gorgeous post-rain sky.

Sometimes I think being a photographer also requires being a meteorologist 😂

The stormy clouds + that sky afterward made for such a pretty night at the beach!
