I woke up this morning on only a few hours of sleep, but somehow with more energy than ever.

Maybe it’s the rush of seeing what I’ve built come to life. Maybe it’s the way people showed up for me yesterday...the hugs, the smiles, the quiet moments when someone told me how my art made them feel.

My older boy wrapped his arms around me last night and said he missed me. He is so right, I’ve been beyond busy. But in that moment, I felt everything slow down.

The truth is, I can finally take a breath. I've got my first show behind me, the beautiful planning of my one-year celebration behind me now. I can see what’s unfolding and how it’s meant to touch people. I will admit, I've done a lot of big things this past year and now more then ever, I feel ready for whatever comes next.
