Mary's third session! I love it when my clients trust me with their special moments. This is her final session, and it's bittersweet. Getting to know my repeat clients is always something to cherish, and I'm glad we were able to finish it all up with these beautiful cap and gown photos.😊

We almost didn't use this location. Caeley sent me her vision, and I chose a different spot. But, then she came back and said they wanted to do the session at their farm. I am SO glad we did. This was just perfect for them, and it's special that they have grown up here. I'm so glad I get to be a part of people's stories.💚

A few more photos of my Dominican Republic trip, but this time I'm showing you a little bit more of the aesthetic side. The sunset, the views, the nature, and the good Caribbean vibes. I even had some of my new friends pose for a few shots. Y'all know I can't go anywhere without doing some kind of session.😂

Not sure where to start... Sometimes, we expect to be changed when we go on adventures that push past our comfort zones. We even anticipate a mindset shift in our reality. I went on this trip expecting something like that. I was ready for it. However, what I wasn't ready for was just how important this trip would be for me in areas of my life that almost had nothing to do with visiting the Dominican Republic.

Areas like:
Slowing Down
Clearing My Head
A New Sense of Intentionality
Reopening My World
Taring Down Some Walls
Life Changing Friendships

I know this entire experience was God sent. There were too many specifics for it to be anything else. Someone on this trip expressed to me how people come back from these excursions wanting to "CHANGE THE WORLD" and do the most when they get home. Then, it eventually just falls off, and life goes back to normal. Back to the small circle of people. Back to the every day. Back to forgetting what they just witnessed. I want to intentionally be the exception to that rule. I'm not saying I have to change the world. I'm saying, I don't want to constantly slip right back into what is comfortable when there was a Divine plan leading me out of those areas. I want these experiences to change me, so I can move forward in GOD. Always moving forward and growing.

I don't really have a lot of words to type out. It's one of those times, you just had to be there. This was such a special moment in my life. I will say that I don't enjoy looking at these children like I am this wonderful person who has chosen to help them out of their situation. I was to see it more like I happened to randomly sponsor a child 7 years ago at a Christian concert, and God has led it to this point. The team and organization as a whole is more impressive than I ever imagined, and I'm grateful for this entire experience. Thanks to everyone who donated and made this possible for me.💚
