I’m thrilled to announce a special collaboration with Rouge Group, a UK-based B**M gear specialist! I am looking for "models" (no experience necessary) to showcase their incredible pieces in a high-end, editorial bo***ir session.

✨ 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐕𝐈𝐁𝐄 This shoot will be focused on styling and empowerment. All photos will be social media friendly (no nudity), focusing on the aesthetic of the gear and the confidence of the model.

🏳️‍🌈 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐎 This is a woman-owned and q***r-owned business. As a q***r woman myself, I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and celebratory space for all bodies. We are specifically prioritizing q***r representation for this project to ensure diverse voices and identities are visible in the industry.

📝 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒 📍
Location: My studio in Crozet, VA. 📸
Compensation: In exchange for your time and the model release, you will receive 5 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images for your personal portfolio.

🔞 Requirements: Must be 18+ (ID will be verified at the shoot).

📄 Release: A full commercial model release must be signed, allowing both myself and Rouge to use the images for marketing, social media, and web.

📱 Social Media Requirement: Models are required to share the final images on their public social media channels, tagging both my photography page and Rouge.

My soul is in need of some art therapy.
Life has been.... complicated. I haven't been creating art outside of what I'm commissioned to do for clients. Which, don't get me wrong, I freaking LOVE what I do! It's just different creating something for someone else and not for myself. So I want to do something new that's for me, but YOU will benefit from it too! I NEED to create some beauty for this world!
I'm marking next Monday as a fine art therapy play date!
Here are the details:
- What you get: A fun art n**e photography experience, a totally badass 10x10 art print, and a total of 10 photos to choose from
- Cost: Only $250 including your art print!
- The catch: You must be willing to sign a model release (but your face doesn't need to show)
**I've only got room for 4 shoots and my experimental shoots are extremely rare and tend to sell out, but if you don't get a spot before it books up, email me anyway- I may add these as a regular offering every few months. **

If you come across my page and see that I'm not very active on it, this is exactly why. Nearly every single post I make gets flagged, no matter what the content. No "offensive" body parts are showing. There are no censor bars or hand bras, which go against terms. Maybe the man kissing the woman's forehead is offensive? Or is it just the existence of sensuality?

Whatever the case, just know that I'm still here, I'm still shooting, I just don't bother posting much to social media anymore.

I'VE BEEN NOMINATED AS THE BEST NON-WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN CHARLOTTESVILLE!!! 😭😮🥰😍🥹

Y'all are the freaking best! To everyone who nominated me, I can't thank you enough! It's been a tough 2 years for my business, as I've been putting every ounce of my energy and love into giving Zia the best formative years I possibly can for her little heart and brain development. My business took a much-needed backseat, which felt right but has also gotten a bit scary from time to time. It's time to get back out there and shake things up again! I have childcare lined up and just invested in getting my business up and running again. I'm SO READY to kick things back into gear!

The most indecisive moment of my business may have been picking out which photo to post with this post. 😅 I wanted to use my face, because I am my business... but I feel like showing my work is important. And I wanted to post a photo of me and Z, because a vote for my business is a vote for my little family. Finally I realized this is Facebook and I don't have to choose! Ha ha!

Please vote for me as Cville's Best of 2024. I need this. I've worked so SO hard for the past 15 years to create a business that puts my client's comfort as the top priority and empowers people to feel comfortable in their skin. I've perfected my craft as much as possible and still have so much to learn. I'm always looking to learn new things and grow in new ways.

Hiiiiiii Louisiana!

I'm putting out feelers for anyone who may want to do a bo***ir/erotic photoshoot in October. I'm considering coming into town for a shoot in New Orleans for a shoot and it would be AWESOME if I could book a few more shoots that week.

I had an amazing shoot today with a man, we'll call him Mark, in his 50's. He and his wife had talked about doing a shoot together for years. When she got sick, it progressed quickly and she passed away before they had the chance to do the shoot. Mark was then diagnosed with cancer as well two years ago. If the loss of his wife wasn't enough of a wakeup call, his own diagnosis now was. He quit his job and is now on a mission to do all the things he's always wanted to do but keeps putting off, as well as the things that terrify him. Skydiving and doing an erotic photoshoot with me were two things that terrify him, and he's already been skydiving.

He arrived so nervous he could barely get words out in the right order. We chatted a bit about life and travel, then made a loose plan for the shoot. Even though he was incredibly nervous, Mark did fantastic throughout the shoot. I guided him through poses that he followed flawlessly. I won't go into all the details of the shoot because this is Facebook and I don't want to make my grandma blush (hi Maw Maw!). Mark chose to be surprised by the photos so I didn't give him sneak peeks throughout the shoot, but I KNOW without a shadow of a doubt he's going to love his photos!

I'm sad that Mark didn't get to share this experience with his wife, but I'm honored that he trusted me enough to do a shoot on his own.

This is your sign to do the things you've been putting off. The important things that matter the most in life, not doing your taxes and getting your oil changed (but do the things, too). Tell your loved ones what they mean to you. Go on that trip to Europe. Book the photoshoot.

We're not promised tomorrow, we're not even promised the rest of today.

Behind the scenes during a bo***ir shoot at a client's house.

Yes, sometimes I wear a mink coat while I'm shooting. 😉

I'm thankful this client's husband was there for enthusiastic moral support and behind the scenes photos! I know a lot of photographers don't allow significant others to be present during the shoot, but personally I LOVE it! It makes it a meaningful shared experience that will be remembered when you look back at the photos years, even decades, later. It doesn't always have to be a surprise, sometimes it's better when it's not!
