Unpopular opinion: great photos can catch attention but marketing is what turns that attention into trust, connection and paying clients. 📸

You need both. Strong visuals make people stop scrolling, but consistency, storytelling and a clear message are what make them remember your business.

That’s why I’m expanding beyond just taking the photos and helping brands actually use their content with intention. 👏

One thing photography has taught me is to slow down. To notice the wildflowers, the tiny pollinators, the butterflies and the moments most people walk right past. Life is short. Stop and smell the flowers, take in all the good around you and don’t let the little moments pass you by. 🤍📷🌼

June photo recap. 📸🌿

10 photos I captured this month all for one incredible natural skincare brand.

Working with a brand like this gives me so much creative freedom. From creeks and wildflowers to moss, herbs, and the natural ingredients behind each product, I love creating images that tell the story behind the brand. I already have so many more ideas I can’t wait to bring to life. ❤️

I’m always so thankful for the opportunity to work with businesses and people who trust me to capture their brand through my lens.

If you or someone you know are looking for brand photography, product photography, or content creation, my inbox is always open. I’d love to chat about bringing your vision to life. 🎉

Our Regenerative Facial Toner is one of those products I find myself reaching for all day long.

It helps hydrate, soothe, and refresh your skin without leaving it feeling dry or tight. I love using it after cleansing, being outside, after a workout or anytime my skin just needs a little pick me up!

Healthy skin doesn’t need a shelf full of harsh ingredients, it just needs ingredients that support what your skin is already designed to do. 🌿

Shop online or stop by one of our local retailers to pick one up and try it yourself!

This photo is 10 years old. When I posted it, I thought photography would become something bigger.

I had the excitement. I had the camera. I had the dream.

What I didn’t have was the environment to let that dream grow. I was surrounded by people who made me question myself. I was in a relationship that slowly convinced me I wasn’t capable of turning photography into anything meaningful. Little by little, I stopped picking up my camera not because I stopped loving photography, but because I stopped believing in myself.

So I walked away. For almost a decade. But per usual life had other plans.

Over the years, I faced health challenges that completely changed how I pictured my future. They forced me to slow down, rethink what success looked like for myself and build a life that worked with my body instead of constantly fighting against it. Funny enough… that’s what led me back to photography.

Photography became more than a hobby. It became a career I could build around my life, my health, and the things that matter most to me. It gave me purpose again. But the biggest difference between then and now isn’t my camera.

It’s the people around me.

Today I’m surrounded by people who cheer me on, celebrate the little wins, remind me to keep going, and believe in me even when I’m struggling to believe in myself.

Looking back at this photo, I don’t see someone who failed. I see someone who just wasn’t in the right season yet. Sometimes dreams don’t die. They simply wait until you’re surrounded by the right people, at the right time, with the right version of yourself.

Ten years later, I finally picked up the camera again.

And this time… I’m not putting it back down. 💕

The truth? Sometimes I am nervous to post.

Sometimes I wonder what people will think, if they’ll judge it, scroll past it, or think it’s silly. But I’ve realized something: embarrassment usually shows up when we’re trying something new, putting ourselves out there, and growing beyond our comfort zone.

Every photo I share, every reel I create, every business idea I test is another step toward something I’m building because I genuinely love it. I’d rather risk being seen trying than spend my life wondering “what if?”

So yes, I might get embarrassed. But that means I’m living, learning, and growing.nAnd I’m going to keep showing up anyway. 📸✨

Because the things worth building rarely happen inside your comfort zone.
