There’s something so special about stepping into a room full of strangers and leaving with lifelong friends.
This retreat reminded me that building a business doesn’t have to be lonely. We shared ideas, encouraged each other, celebrated wins, worked through challenges, and made space for the kind of conversations that spark real growth.
