Steele Earthworks is putting nine miles of new water line under the town of Burns, Oregon. We're filming the whole thing.

Episode 2 just went up. Phase 1 is wrapping, thousands of feet of pipe are already in the ground, and the crew is out on the highway patching the road back every night so nobody's driving on gravel. Tucker and Wyatt walk you through where the job actually stands.

This is the kind of work most companies do and never show anyone. That's the part we handle. We turn it into a series people want to follow, week after week.

Two years ago we started running social for Steele Earthworks, a crew that does incredible work in the dirt.

Here's the honest version of those two years: a lot of testing. Some posts hit, plenty didn't. We'd catch a little growth spurt, then things would flatten back out. That's the part nobody shows you.

So a few weeks back we did something that feels backwards. We hit pause. Stopped posting, let the account catch its breath, and got honest about what we were actually filming.

Then one post clicked. And we leaned all the way in.

It's been climbing all day. 13,000+ views, 44 new follows, and people watching almost a third of a one minute video. Off a single post.

This is the stuff we believe in. Stick with a team long enough to learn what actually works, be willing to stop and change the plan, then go all in when something hits.

Proud of this one.
