A single-lane Warren pony truss bridge (built c. 1921) across Spring Fork, Tousey, Grayson County, KY. was in service until 2014, when it was by-passed by a modern concrete bridge. The historic old bridge was left as a reminder of times gone by. Driving Backroads.

Mammoth Cave Baptist Church (est. 1827), Flint Ridge, Edmonson County, Mammoth Cave National Park, KY. This church was built in 1927, after the original building was destroyed by a tornado. Cave explorer Floyd Collins is buried in the cemetery. He was trapped alive in nearby Sand Cave in 1925. His unsuccessful rescue effort and death became one of the biggest news stories of the time.
